Darlington Football Club decided to relocate from their old home at Feethams by constructing a bespoke new all seater stadium on the outskirts of the town just off the A66.
Hall Construction Services Limited won the contract for the design and construction of a 25,000 seater single tier bowl stadium with restaurants, health club, computer study centre, corporate boxes, penthouse suite, associated car parking and alterations to the local infrastructure road network.
